A team photoshoot is held to capture individual images of players that will be used to create individual and team club photos that will be made available to the club, players, families and guardians for purchase.
2. Consent
Participation in a photoshoot provides consent for Awesome Sports Images to take photographs of you or your child for the purpose of creating and distributing team and individual club photos.
3. Photo Usage
Photos will be available for players, families, guardians and the club to purchase. Individual photos will be available in print and digital form, team photos will be available in print form only. Photos may also be used by Awesome Sports Images in club specific promotional material for your club community and in Awesome Sports Images portfolio examples. Team and individual club photos will not be used by Awesome Sports Images for other purpose, without additional consent.
Photo usage by a club may include displaying or featuring players or teams in club houses or online galleries. For further details on the intended use by your club, please discuss this directly with your club contact person.
4. Distribution
Purchased photos will be distributed through your club to ensure they reach the intended recipients securely. Special arrangements can be made for alternative distribution, if your club confirms that this is appropriate.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal information collected for the purpose of producing the photos and fulfilling orders, which may include names, age brackets and team details will be stored securely and only accessible to authorised personnel. We will retain photos and personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the photo shoot and sales process. If applicable, payments will be processed through secure third-party payment platforms. We do not store personal banking details.
6. Opt-Out Option
If you do not wish for your child to participate in the photoshoot or you do not want your child to be included in the team photo, please notify your child’s team manager . Your child’s participation is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw consent at any time before the photoshoot.
